Atlus Japan has registered several new websites as reported by Persona Central. They were registered by Ryu Office, a marketing company that has close ties with Atlus. They registered the sites dedicated to Persona 3 Dancing in Moonlight and Persona 5 Dancing in Starlight. Below are the following domains.

Most likely they are spin-off titles for the Persona 5 series. Persona 4 had two fighting game spin-offs, a dancing game, two animes, and an updated version for the title which released exclusively on the PlayStation Vita. Rumors believe that Persona 5 or it’s updated version will release on the Nintendo Switch following the announcement of Joker from Persona 5 in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as DLC. I will report on it if it’s confirmed.

There was an announcement for a Persona 5 anime special: Dark Sun. It will expand on the conclusion of the anime that aired in 2018.

Sam Raimi Spider-Man Suit added to Spider-Man PS4

Feeling festive, Insomniac gave the free gift of a new/old Spider-Man suit for their PS4 title. The suit is based on the early 2000’s Spider-Man trilogy by Sam Raimi. It was worn by Tobey McGuire. Many fans requested for the suit. Many fans also yelled and complained at Insomniac for not adding the suit in.

It’s great that Insomniac listened to their fans but I hope this doesn’t lead to fans believing that if they shout loud enough, they’ll get anything they want. We shouldn’t have a culture where complaining at developers for more additional content is acceptable. Hopefully, people won’t beg for another suit anytime soon.

It’s a great addition to the game as now the game has all the Good Spider-Man movie suits.

Create your 2018 Gaming Year

If you’ve been playing games all years, it’s fun to see what you sunk your time in. As 2018 comes to a close, Xbox and PlayStation are offering users the ability to see all the stats attached to their consoles accounts. This includes most time played, how many achievements/trophies you earned, and your favorite games. PlayStation’s focuses on the past 5 years in regards to the PS4’s lifecycle while Xbox is just 2018.

NES and SNES Classic ends production

If you haven’t purchased an NES or SNES classic, you better hurry as Nintendo has announced they will stop production after this holiday season. Hollywood Reporter interviewed Reggie Fils-Aime regarding the Classics.

“We’ve said that the current systems are the extent of our classic program,” Fils-Aime said. “We’ve also been clear that, at least from an Americas perspective, these products are going to be available through the holiday season and once they sell out, they’re gone. And that’s it.”

Nintendo pricingNintendo will now focus on the Nintendo Switch Online Subscriber system. People who purchased the online membership have access to classic NES games. Hopefully, they will start to greatly expand the list from NES to their other past games.

There are no plans for an N64 classic according to Fils-Aime in November. I recommend buying the classic if you are remotely interested. People will start buying them and resale them for higher prices.
